Designed to restructure and restore your body - Trigger Point Pilates™
This workout combines Pilates core moves with trigger point releases and is focused on easing tight muscles. The class is designed to enhance and facilitate daily movement, restructure your body, help hydrate and release tension. Perfect if you are sat at a desk all day or feel tight from stress or over-exercising.

A step up from iMoveFreely Pilates because it challenges you differently. The ‘Hedgehog’ is a spikey ball, spine stretcher and balance board to add variety and challenge to familiar Pilates exercises that help with strength, flexibility, and conditioning.
This one piece of equipment can be in standing, seated, kneeling, lying and side-lying movements. All exercises can be modified or progressed.

We use a resistance band in both standing and mat based exercises to build strength and tone-up faster.
Using constant tension from the long loop band adds an element of required stability from the body, activating your core.
