Choose from iMoveFreely Pilates, Hedgehog Pilates, Long Loop Band Pilates, and TRX Pilates. All classes are suitable for all levels.

iMoveFreely Pilates

Our sessions include a number of iMoveFreely techniques and exercises that have a high success rate in helping to reduce aches and pains as well as improving your movement.

Classes are small, so each person gets individual attention. We sometimes use equipment including - magic circles, bands, weights and balls. Class suitable for all levels.

TRX Pilates

A fusion workout combining the principles of Pilates with the TRX suspension training system. TRX Pilates provides a full body workout and this unique combination helps to improve strength, flexibility, balance, stability, and overall fitness.

Hedgehog Pilates

The ‘Hedgehog’ is a spikey ball, spine stretcher and balance board to add variety and challenge to familiar Pilates exercises that help with strength, flexibility, and conditioning.
 
This one piece of equipment can be in standing, seated, kneeling, lying and side-lying movements. All exercises can be modified or progressed.

LONG LOOP BAND PILATES

We use a resistance band in both standing and mat based exercises to build strength and tone-up faster.

Using constant tension from the long loop band adds an element of required stability from the body, activating your core.
