6 Week MELT, Meditation & Reflection Journey

Do you ever feel like your body is holding tension… and your mind finds it hard to switch off?
You’re not alone.
So many of the women I work with are busy, juggling a lot, and often putting themselves last. Over time, that can show up as tightness in the body, a busy or restless mind, and a sense that it’s hard to truly relax even when you try.
Starting with the body
Rather than going straight into meditation, we begin with gentle MELT techniques to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring awareness back into the body.
Often including hands and face, these simple techniques can create a surprising shift helping you feel lighter, more at ease, and ready to settle.
A small window of time… with a powerful ripple effect
Each session is just 30 minutes.
But what I often hear is how that small pocket of time creates a lasting effect throughout the day and even the week.

What you’ll experience
Over the 6 weeks, we gently build a practice that feels supportive and sustainable.
Each session includes:
- Gentle MELT release to soften and unwind the body
- Guided meditation to calm and settle the mind
- A short moment for reflection or journalling
We also explore different ways into meditation so you can discover what works best for you, depending on your mood, your energy, and your day.
Support beyond the sessions
To help you get the most from the course, you’ll receive:
- A MELT ball to use during the sessions and beyond
- A workbook to support your reflection and awareness
These are yours to keep, so you can continue your practice in a way that feels simple and manageable.
I’ll be in touch before the course begins to collect your address and send everything out, along with your Zoom link and joining details.
Course details
The next 6 week course starts on Tuesday 14 April at 8.30 am – 9 am. If you can’t attend live, recordings will be available so you can take part in your own time.
